PC Buddies will come right to your home, home office or small business location.  We will meet you in person, with your equipment and analyze, discuss and assess your situation.  If possible we will solve your problems on site and offer solutions to avoid the same situation in the future.  In some instances, if data loss is a possibility or if we believe it would take too much of your time, we can take your problem computer back to our under-ground lair for our secluded technicians to handle in our shop.  Often times it's just easier for us to take your machine to our shop, where we have many more resources available to us for proper data backup and problem solving.  Shop rates are cheaper (because we can be doing more than one thing at a time), so that can keep the over-all cost down.

On Site Rates

    Every On Site visit is $95.00 per hour, which includes 15 minutes of travel time (if travel time is longer than 15 minutes the additional time will be added at a rate of $23.75 per 15 minutes).

    A minimum charge of $40 will be assessed for any visit less than 1 hour, but more than 5 minutes.
