Contracted clients can earn 'Time Credits' when you 'donate' your old PC to PC Buddies.  We've found that people are often at a loss for how to handle disposing of their old, but still useable, computers.  We've developed a method that works for both our clients and ourselves.

    We will assess the condition of your equipment, determine it's value and then, depending on how much time we think your PC will need to be refurbished give you credit on your contract.  We can't give you top dollar for your equipment (unless it's something extraordinarily clean and new) but we can extend the time on your pre-paid contract and give you peace of mind when it comes to disposing of your computer.

    PC Buddies will take your old equipment and refurbish them to be sold later. Refurbishing includes backing up your data securely (unless you explicitly tell us not to), formatting your original drive (or replacing with a new one if needed) and restoring your system to its original state (or as close as we can).  PC Buddies will be happy to talk to you about our Time Credits Program as it applies to your PC donation.
