PC Buddies can provide service in several forms.  We offer both Business and Residential Contracts in different time allotments. Each Contract is priced reasonably, and is a way to cut the costs of pc maintenance. The contracts are paid on the first visit, and services rendered are timed and subtracted from the total minutes available.  The total remaining minutes are displayed on the Contract after it has been updated.

    Service Contracts make sense to businesses that expect a high degree of focus and dedication to their hardware, network and applications. Service can be provided at the place of business or over the phone with Technical Support. If you expect and demand an easy and responsive presence for your business, then a Service Contract is the most effective and economical means of service.

    Residential users have specific and important needs also. You may do extensive research on the Internet, or have a need to network multiple PCs. Email may be your main focus, or downloading photos to friends and relatives may be your hobby. If you need tutoring and guidance in these sometimes tricky maneuvers, then a Service Contract would be something for you to consider.
